We're sorry you didn't love your Beauty Tech products. Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 14 days after confirmed delivery if damaged or defected. They must be in original condition and packaging, for a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
