How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your Beauty Tech products. Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 14 days after confirmed delivery if damaged or defected. They must be in original condition and packaging, for a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
How do I start a return?

Can I exchange a product?

How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. It can cometimes take up to 2-3 business days to show up as an approved charge on your credit card statement. What can I do if my payment is declined?
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and additional credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it. You can write us at email@example.com – we’re always looking to expand our offering.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Yep! If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, we cover all of those charges for you (you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package is delivered)! We collect the amount for sales tax and duty at checkout and we pay them for you when your order is cleared through customs.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship to the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Australia and Canada.
How long will shipping take?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Our carrier takes it from there. Shipping ranges from 2-9 business days for Standard Tracked Shipping for the US and Canada and 7-21 days or 6-12 days for Australia, the UK and the EU. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
Are taxes and duties included in my total order?
If you are located within Canada or the United States our products are zero-rated so you won't be charged customs fees. Customers located in the UK and EU may be subject to VAT fees. Australian customers may be subject to customs fees.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is submitted we process it within 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then our shipping company takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We can help you out!
How do I get free shipping?
Dying to get your Beauty Tech cosmetics order ASAP? Orders with a subtotal over $60 qualify for free shipping within the US and Canada!
Do your prices include VAT?
At this time we do not include VAT charges in our prices, but are please to offer low shipping rates and flat fees for our European and UK customers!
Why isn’t a certain product available in my country?
The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?
We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to new products, promotions, and news. Limited Edition products should be clearly marked. In general, when these go out of stock, it’s for good. But, we do sometimes sell out of our go-to products!
Do your products have expiration dates?
Most of our products do not have expiration dates because they are cosmetic products. However, all skin care products do have a PAO, or period-after-opening date that is printed on our packaging. It is generally recommended that our products be used within 3 years of manufacture or 12 months after opening for best product quality...but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue.
Are Beauty Tech products gluten-free?
Yes, but of course, if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, please consult the ingredient lists and your doctor before using any Beauty Tech products to be extra sure.
Does Beauty Tech Cosmetics use parabens?
No. We do not use parabens.
What skin types are Beauty Tech products suitable for?
Can I sell the products on my own site?
We love that you want to endorse our products! Unfortunately, your purchase of Beauty Tech products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Beauty Tech products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Are your micas and skincare actives ethically sourced?
Our micas are sourced from some of the largest US cosmetic colorant suppliers, all of their micas are ethically and sustainably sourced and biodegradable (for our animals and environment). Our manufacturers and suppliers are inspected for ethical working practices and they ensure a safe working environment for all employees. In addition they are compliant with all FDA and EU standards.
